Order Cancellation

Cancellations will be accepted only if the request is made within 2 days of placing the order.

If the order has already been processed, shipped, or handed over to the vendor/merchant, the cancellation request may not be entertained.

Perishable items (such as flowers, food items, etc.) are not eligible for cancellation.
Returns & Exchanges

Products can be returned or exchanged only in case of defects, damages, or incorrect items received.

Customers must raise a return/exchange request within 2 days of receiving the order by contacting our Customer Service team.

The item will be inspected by our team/vendor before approving the return or exchange.
Product Not as Expected

If you believe the product received does not match the description on the website or is not as per your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service team within 2 days of receipt.

After reviewing your concern, our team will take an appropriate decision regarding replacement, exchange, or refund.
Manufacturer Warranty Products

For items that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, any issues or defects should be directed to the respective manufacturer as per their warranty policy.
Refunds

Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 3–5 working days to the original mode of payment.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged/defective/incorrect product).
Important Notes

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

Any product that shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Exchange is subject to availability of stock; if unavailable, a refund will be initiated.
